Working closely in teams, they utilized rulers, standard weights, stop clock and laboratory stands to record dimensions and accurately set up physical apparatus. A core highlight of the investigation involved investigating the motion by calculating the time period of a simple pendulum, defined as the time taken for the bob to complete one full to-and-fro oscillation. By adjusting the string length, students observed how changing parameters impacts the cycle duration. This practical exercise successfully bridged theoretical mechanics with hands-on experience.
