Ekalakshya 2026
Lakshmipat Singhania Academy (LSA) and Lakshmipat Singhania Academy International (LSAI) jointly hosted Ekalakshya 2026, from 9–11 July under the theme, “Tectonic Shift Towards Sustainability.” Bringing together schools from across West Bengal, the three-day event featured a wide array of academic, technological, literary, and creative competitions that inspired students to explore innovative solutions for a sustainable future.The event commenced with a vibrant opening ceremony featuring captivating student performances, followed by inspiring addresses by Ms. Meena Kak, Director of the school, and the Chief Guest, Ms. Sujata Chatterjee.
LSAI delivered an outstanding performance throughout the event. Out of 43 students, 31 participated, reflecting an impressive 66% participation rate. The school secured 10 podium finishes across 28 competitions, achieving an overall success rate of 36%. Among the notable achievements, Priyashree Bose, Kenisha Kochar, Sonakshi Saha, Ritisha Hada, Agneesh Krishna Mukhopadhyay, Yatee Varandani, Naisha Bhatia, and Divit Agarwal secured Second Rank in Voices for Change, while Dhruv Agarwala earned Second Rank in The Conscious Chronicle.
The school also excelled in technology-based competitions. Navya Shyamsukha and Anusha Mishra secured First Rank in EscapeXL, Shivaan Jalan and Vihaan Shaw claimed First Rank in Artificial Unintelligence, and Shaurya Kanoi and Anshuman Chaurasia won First Rank in Codes Cook (Intermediate). Other commendable performances included Param Kankariya and Dhruv Agarwala (Second Rank in Cubic Creations), Divit Agarwal (Second Rank in Click – Student Category), Ashish Majumder (First Rank in Click – Teacher Category), Rudransh Banerjee and Rajvi Jha (Second Rank in Excel Pixel), Udi Devgan and Darsh Agarwal (Second Rank in Data Quest – Classes IX–X), and Yaashvi Singhania and Shivika Jalan (Second Rank in Data Quest – Classes VI–VIII).
The event concluded with a grand Prize Distribution Ceremony celebrating the achievements of the participants. LSAI’s remarkable participation, consistent podium finishes, and exemplary team spirit made Ekalakshya 2026 a memorable celebration of innovation, excellence, and sustainability.
